Pristine condition. Set was built only once by an adult (MYSELF) Lego collector, whereafter it was on display for approx. 1 month, disassembled, and stored in tough, plastic crate, with great care. Very important: I ONLY buy my Lego from the Yellow Brick official Lego seller in South Africa. This set aside, I have two more sets available (also my sets). Whoever blesses me by buying this special set (very, very dear to my heart - built it shortly after the removal of a brain tumor, and I'm cancer-free!!), will also receive a bunch of UNOPENED and opened (used once only), quality arts and crafts supplies, seperate Lego plate, 'soft landing' build- containers, and kiddo's toys added for free (more than only the toys shows in pics).
